Once proper counter-notification is received by our agent, we would be required to promptly forward it to the original complaining party. The complaining party then has ten (10) days from receipt of your counter-notification to notify us that he/she has filed legal action relating to the allegedly infringing material. If we do not receive any such notification from the complaining party, we may restore the disputed content to the Service.
